  We were hundreds of miles away from home while towing our Airstream when the radiator of our Land Rover was damaged by highway debris. It developed a significant leak and we were unable to continue our trip or make it home. Worse, a genuine replacement radiator was on national back order leaving us and the Airstream stranded. Understanding the dire situation, Land Rover Tallahassee sourced a radiator locally and had us back on the road by that evening without a scheduled appointment. That’s the definition of above and beyond customer service. Thank you!

  Michael Eubanks took great care of my headlight problem and worked with the service manager on my behalf to be able to use my warranty to cover almost all of the charge! Kudos to him! Rick Pratt

  Mr. Giffin eagerly worked towards finding us a new vehicle that best suited our need for a second one. Once found, came the dreadful "let's talk numbers" part and as expected, we spent all day gracefully haggling out numbers. But, in the end, the time taken was well spent. Mr. Griffin is a salesperson who shows a sense of urgency to resolve issues whether small or large. He is eager, motivated, and a professional. To be expected, we ran into a few hiccups but ultimately, his actions superseded them which led towards resolution. Ultimately, it's what kept us in the chair. We couldn't be happier! The EOY deal we received was amazing. Our overall experience with Land Rover was great and we couldn't have asked for a better dealer. What we respected most about the establishment was their commitment to excellence had with us in resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. We understand perfection doesn't come easy for anyone and for most places of business, it almost never comes. But when it came to Land Rover of Tallahassee, I felt at minimum this establishment sought perfection. And it surely shows by who they hire/entrust to represent their company values and that's people like Mr. Griffin. One who instills those values without prejudice and pressure to the consumer. He accepts the challenges for meeting expectations such as ours and exceeds them. Mr. Griffin, thank you sir. Thank you again for meeting our high expectations with your professionalism and customer care. I also want to thank Land Rover of Tallahassee, for continuously showing us nothing but the utmost concern, respect, and appreciation while welcoming us into the Land Rover community.

  Everyone was kind and helpful. After calling with my car issue I was able to get in the next day. Michael eubanks was very instrumental in getting things going and in communicating the progress to me.

  The top dealership experience I’ve had in many years of buying or leasing over 40 cars. Excellent service from start to finish. Started with the VP and general manager, who took the call Mr Crawford Atkins who was most helpful , I didn’t realize that until after as a call is not often taken by the General manager. Then the sales reps I dealt with Rob Hightower & Griffin Stauffer answered questions and both helped as I traded vehicles. To top it off finance managers EJ Yeboah was ready and was done efficiently and quickly something that’s not always the case. You expect more from a higher end dealership, they totally exceeded all expectations.
