    I had the tires rotated and they cross threaded one of the lug nuts. Went back and they replaced the stud. I was really happy with the service. Immediately fixed.

    I went in to this particular Jiffy Lube on 7/30/2025. My brakes was really bad so I had to take it in to a place that could do it the same day. I dropped my car off early morning and mid morning the employee called and gave me my total I would have to pay when I pick my car up later that day after work. Fast forward I already had the payment methods that I will be using to get my car out which was over $500. I get to the shop. The employee greeted me and begin to tell me again what my total was, then proceeded to take my payment methods. One payment was for $225 visa gift card and a $26.50 Jiffy Lube gift card that I purchased a while ago and still had that amount available. I swiped the $225 visa card, then the $26.50 Jiffy Lube gift card. All of a sudden the employee was like oh man I messed up something. He kept trying to do something with the computer but couldn't figure out what he did wrong so he was like I need to call my manager so I'm like okay, that's fine. When he got off the phone he said I voided the whole transaction and the money is back on the cards. I was like no..... these are gift cards, it's not going to be instant it's going to take at least 7 days before I get the money back. The employee was like I'm so sorry. He did the transaction again and true enough the card didn't work I and the employee was still in the store and called the company Vanilla gift card and the customer service rep said yes, we see where the card was used at Jiffy Lube for $225 and if a refund was processed it will take 7 days for the money to go back to the card. I waited the whole 7 days and still no refund. I called Jiffy Lube and spoke with several employees to let them know I didn't receive a refund. I went to the store to speak with someone and they called the manager again and he said okay, let me contact the accounts department. He called me the next day and said that the accounts manager said no history for that card being used at their store. At this point I'm so confused. I called vanilla gift card again in the store with the employee listening and the gift card representative said no refund was issued to that card that was used, its still showing $225 was used at Jiffy Lube on 7/30/25. Fast forward I told the employee to give me the district manager phone number. The employee I'm sure gave the district manager a heads up that I will be calling. When I called the number it went straight to the voice-mail. I called from another number and the phone rings with no problem. The district manager had already blocked my number. Very unprofessional. I called almost everyday to get somebody to answer phone.. finally I left a voice mail. That's when the district manager sent me an email and said I received your voice-mail. I then proceeded to tell him the issue. He sent a email saying we have nothing in our system to show you used the card there. I looked over all my paperwork and found the cards I used at the store. I looked up the transaction history for Jiffy Lube and seen where no money was refunded to that card. I sent the district manager the gift card number and the Jiffy Lube phone number so he can hear it for himself because Jiffy Lube doesn't allow you to check transaction history online. He never responded to any more emails. Fast forward to today. I called back to the Jiffy Lube store to speak with the manager so he can get in touch with the district manager since I hadn't heard from him in over a week after sending over the info. When I called the store... guess what the district manager answered the phone at the store..... I said oh you haven't responded back to the last emails I sent you because wherever that $26.50 Jiffy Lube gift card went that is where the $225 went. He responded very nasty.I said I gave you all the information on the email he said that's not proof you could be making this up, I couldn't believe he said that. Long story short I'm never going there again and I will be taking them to small claims court to get my money back. From July 30th to now still no money back. The absolute worst place.
