The manager had the nastiest, most disrespectful, lazy, rude attitude I’ve ever dealt with, it was almost unbelievable how unprofessional they were. The whole crew matched that energy: lazy, careless, and completely unhelpful. And get this, they didn’t even bother to put my car back together correctly. When I brought it to the dealership, they told me flat-out that Gerber had “half-assed” the job and left my car basically thrown together. Who does that?! Paying for service and getting back a vehicle in worse shape is outrageous. If I could give zero stars, I would. Save yourself the stress, money, and frustration, this place is an absolute disaster. Worst experience ever.
