- K3KHK 3Oct 20, 20252.0My vehicle (2014 White Kia Soul) was in around Thanksgiving of 2024 for some body work to the rear quarter panel/door area on the passenger side. There were parts removed to fix the area but they were not put back correctly (rear spoiler was loose and not taped back on properly, roof rail was loose, rear bumper tab was damaged and no longer fits properly, paint overspray on windows). Customer service was good to start off with but when I went back to get the rear spoiler fixed, I was questioned as to what I did to cause this (not my doing but your shop's doing). I found other issues as time passed but did not want to go back and accused of the issues.
