You get sent a link to see updates on your car as they are working on it, and I received my car a day earlier than the estimated pick up. There was a very small issue of a little bit of black on the headliner and seat of my car from the work they were doing and they immediately rectified it. Eric and Ty had amazing customer service. They did a wonderful job and I will definitely be going back if I ever need their services again.

He thoroughly explained the entire repair process, which gave me confidence and clarity from the start. Throughout the repairs, I received consistent text messages with updates that kept me fully informed every step of the way. Once the repairs were completed, the team helped me coordinate with the rental company again and even stored their vehicle overnight to make my pickup more convenient. The entire experience was smooth, professional, and truly exceeded my expectations. A complete white-glove service. A big thank-you to Eric and Ty for making what could have been a stressful situation completely seamless. Highly recommend!
