  Called regarding an estimate for something very simple (replace a broken side view mirror). Rude lady barked out over a speakerphone i would have to wait a month to a month and a half just to get an appointment for an estimate that would have taken 5 minutes. This place was recommended by State Farm? What a JOKE. F this place and F this lady. AVOID this business.

  Everyone hates to have their car in the shop, but the women here make the best of the situation. My car was fixed ahead of schedule and there was great communication the entire time

  Customer service is horrible! They said the car would be done by the end of next week, the end of next week comes and it isn't finished. So they say the beginning of the following week, still not finished. Got a call at the end of the week on Friday saying it is finished, came to pick up but they said paper work wasn't finished and to come back Monday. Keep in mind, they NEVER called to give me an update. EVER. I ALWAYS had to call them and ask about the progress of my car. And when I did they seemed annoyed and irritated. All I asked was to be updated on the status of my car. Every time I would talk to someone they spoke with a condescending tone and talked to me as if I were a child. ALSO they put a spare tire on my car and after driving it across town, a friend realized they didn't even tighten the lug nuts on all the way. He was able to take them off with little to no effort. Would never come back or recommend.
