- JTJustmetmt24 TJun 10, 20251.0Rude & rushed service. The bottom of my front fender was never fixed. Also, just called to switch locations due to a mistake with insurance, and the lady who answered at 12:10 on 6/10/2025 treated me like I was dumb and hung up. There are other locations (as the lady so sarcastically said), choose another one. It's also inconvenient to get to and from.

Aside from losing my appointment times twice and their “don’t know what to tell ya” responses, they are generally unpleasant. Not a good look for front facing customer service people. Lots can be forgiven if you give the impression that you care.
