  This location came as a much needed operation to the Tallahassee market. There's not been anything in this area that caters to the commercial and business need for the trucking. Industry and trucks in general, not to mention the store manager that you guys selected for this location is beyond appreciated in this area. And seems to ask all customers, what would better serve them in this area for their needs? And then he tries, and in most cases, makes it happen. As he has with bringing in select truck and items to make available to the people in this area that have a need. Forum in today's market is definitely the best individual that has replaced in this location to represent your business. Thanks james a m c infrastructure

  The actual act of picking up our truck was a streamlined process. We were assisted by Ian and Dre. Very helpful, knowledgeable, clearly explained everything. Very social as well. Felt like we were talking with buds we've known for a while at a backyard barbecue. What made the experience very good was we had an unforeseeable issue with the truck while we were across the country. We called Ian on the phone and he got the situation handled with our truck up and running so we could continue our moving process. We had a tight schedule with everything and he took care of it and kept us on pace without any financial surprises on our end. Ian got it completely taken care of. I would 100% recommend Enterprise Truck Rental. You are taken care of. The process is simple with excellent rates when you look at competitors. You need anything they will pick up that phone. Any business will operate well when everything goes well. I think its more telling of how a business inherently operates when things go wrong and they handled it beautifully. You get a lot of peace of mind with these guys.
