Very social as well. Felt like we were talking with buds we've known for a while at a backyard barbecue. What made the experience very good was we had an unforeseeable issue with the truck while we were across the country. We called Ian on the phone and he got the situation handled with our truck up and running so we could continue our moving process. We had a tight schedule with everything and he took care of it and kept us on pace without any financial surprises on our end. Ian got it completely taken care of. I would 100% recommend Enterprise Truck Rental. You are taken care of. The process is simple with excellent rates when you look at competitors. You need anything they will pick up that phone. Any business will operate well when everything goes well. I think its more telling of how a business inherently operates when things go wrong and they handled it beautifully. You get a lot of peace of mind with these guys.
