I have called multiple times to get A refund and I keep getting told that a note is left on the manager‘s desk, but nobody ever calls me back. I have also called the enterprise where I dropped the car off at and they told me I still need to get a hold of these people here in Tallahassee and when they answer the phone they tell me I will get called back shortly and a message is left on the manager’s desk to call me back. So I have just been consistently calling and nobody ever follows up with me.

Getting two rentals instead of one could have been a challange but our insurance policy covered it and Enterprise made it happen. We both got clean, comfortable vehicles similar to what we were accustomed to driving. Eventually we were able to replace both vehicles. Thanks Enterprise.
