  I had such an amazing experience with the team at this location. A special shout-out to Olatunde Sparks, he was incredibly knowledgeable during check-in and made sure everything went smoothly, even with how busy it was. His professionalism and kindness truly stood out. I’ll definitely be renting from Enterprise again. Thank you all, and go Rattlers!

  I had an absolutely unacceptable experience with this location. I booked my reservation through the corporate website for an 8:15 AM pickup. At 7:45 AM, I was abruptly told they would not be picking me up and could only do so at 9:00 AM—right when I had to be at work. They then transferred my reservation to another location, only for that branch to tell me they were never notified and had no vehicle available. I contacted the manager, who claimed he would have a car delivered to me before I got off work. He never followed through, never called back, and didn’t even bother to follow up the next day. This level of disorganization and lack of professionalism is completely unacceptable. The staff clearly need retraining, and management needs to take accountability for the poor service being provided. I would strongly advise others to avoid this location until major improvements are made.

  I usually rent directly from Entetprise and am pleased however I went with them through Costco and was not pleased with the vehicle I was given. Would have paid the full price and rejected the discount if I had known.

  Was told to come at 10 when they would have cars available it was 11:15 and they still didn’t have cars available. I knew they closed at noon so I ended up having to leave and just travel using my own car. I really wish this location had better communication and accommodations for things like this. Unfortunately may not be interesting in using this location again.

  My experience was wonderful. My car was at the mechanic with an electrical issue and I was already tired and stressed. I booked a rental car online around 4:30pm, and 30 mins later I was at Enterprise at the busiest part if the day. I was mentally prepared to wait a while and finish booking with equally as exhausted employees. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the professional team who worked diligently with each customer, as though each customer was the most important person of the day. Shania located my booking, she was incredibly kind, got me exactly the car I had hoped for, it had a full tank of gas and was freshly cleaned. I was in and out with keys in hand in no more than twenty minutes. It was like something out of a TV show. Drop off was equally as easy, despite the long line, the Enterprise team worked so efficiently, my wait was no longer than ten minutes, and I was able to drop off the keys and go. Thank you for making the process simple and fast, yet high quality.
