  I would love to give recognition to Ms. Nelson. She provided exceptional service at the Tennessee Street Enterprise location. This was my first time renting a car from this branch, and she made the entire experience seamless. Any questions or concers I had, she addressed with steady attentiveness. She was proactive, solution-focused, warm, and incredibly kind. I truly felt valued as a customer. While many of the staff members were also kind and professional, Ms. Nelson went above and beyond. I will absolutely return and would be happy to have her assist me again. This is what outstanding customer service looks like, and l am sincerely grateful for the experience. Thank you. 😊

  2 for 2 times being a terrible experience renting from this particular location. Terrible leadership here so I will not get burnt a 3rd time and will never rent from this location again. I encourage you to do the same to save yourself the hassle. 1st time was an emergency with a rental booked same day directly from the enterprise website. Got there and was told that despite a lot FULL of cars for sale they didn't have a single car available for rental. Forced to go to the airport location to get a car. No offer to help us get there or bring the car to us. Thought it might've been a fluke because my normal home enterprise location is always great so made the mistake of giving them a 2nd chance. Booked a pickup at 9am to give myself some time to get to my destination in time for a meeting. Waited there for an HOUR to get a car, which then caused me to miss my meeting. My mistake for thinking a booking time meant something. Was told that Thursdays are really busy for them. So maybe account for that by making sure there are more cars available so you can do more business? Add to that only being open for a half day on weekends, causing people to hold on to the car for another day because they ALSO don't do remote drop offs. Awful leadership at this location. Go to a different place in Tallahassee. Just probably not the airport if you can help it because they're apparently not open at all on the weekends (what?!).

  I’ve used the truck rental here several times, I always have great service, the trucks are always in great condition and very clean, all of them have been new or close to it. Highly recommend this location
