  The experience we had today was awful. You make reservations months in advance only to be told they don’t have what you reserved. The staff discredit the enterprise employees whom work from home by saying they don’t do their jobs. Nobody ever seems to have the correct information.we will not be returning here to rent a car again.

  Enterprise has ALWAYS treated me with professional courtesy and gone the extra mile to make sure my rental experiences are positive! This particular rental afforded me an opportunity to be helped by Ms. Genesia Davis and she was the epitome of a concerned, helpful, knowledgeable and dedicated employee! Before arriving at the rental location, Ms. Davis politely communicated with me by phone. Upon my arrival she also greeted me with a genuine smile and patiently addressed my concerns to make sure I was completely satisfied before driving off in the rental vehicle. I can attest that Ms. Genesia Davis is an asset to the Enterprise organization and a pleasant individual with great interpersonal skills! She should be commended for her dedication! I will remain a loyal customer of Enterprise Rental because of the customer service experiences!

  This was the second location I tried to rent a car from, and the experience was extremely disappointing. I was supposed to be picked up at 2 PM, but when I called the office, I was told I was outside their pickup range—and that they weren’t even aware my reservation had been transferred to them. When I spoke with the manager, she took no accountability and offered several excuses before directing me back to the original location, which was equally unhelpful. The customer service here was terrible, and there’s clearly a major disconnect between the corporate office and local branches. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location unless significant customer service training and communication improvements are made.

  Enterprise Leasing in Tallahassee,fl rented me a car that's been wrecked hole in floor board,and bad tire.Ariyana Mosley rented me the car, I tried to change the vehicle out in Arnold,Mo.Grace Schuiz said nothing today maybe tomorrow.Tommorrow never came,Then she told to go get the tire fixed,I said wasn't my place to fix the their tire.She said oh well we have road side service.I'm only up set that Tallahassee sent me out with a car like that,But Marissa Owens was very nice to me when I got it returned in Tallahassee.Would I rent another vehicle,nope because how I was treated in Arnold,Mo trying to get it changed out,20 cars and said nope don't have one..
