I couldn't get in touch with the branch all day, finally an hour before scheduled pick-up time I called customer service and someone was able to verify that my vehicle would be available. (I've had an issue with enterprise previously where they did not have my reservation available.) When I got in, not only did they not have my reservation available, they did not have ANY rentals available. They ended up giving me a Jeep with a cracked windshield, that was too small. I had no choice but to accept it as it was a family emergency. On top of it all, my reservation was a one-way rental, then I was told at the time of rental I would HAVE to bring it back to that location, 4 hours from my destination. Highly disappointed and honestly feel like my time and money were both wasted. I would fight for a refund but don't want to waste anymore of time. Horrible experience.
