- KRKyle Rago3 days ago1.0I wish I could give less than 1 star. This experience has been a nightmare. Its starts by landing in Tallahassee and Enterprise does not have the car we reserved. It took them 90 minutes to find a car for us. Then two days into our business trip the car’s transmission goes out. You cannot get a new car until they come out and tow your current dead vehicle back. At no point is anyone at Enterprise concerned about our schedule and how much of an inconvenience this has been for us. Just absolutely zero empathy. What a joke. I’d highly advise people to use Avis when flying into this airport. Edit: when we went to pick up the replacement rental, they said we did not return the original car. WHAT A DEBACLE. We had to show them the texts that had been sent to us.
