Between my relatives and I, we’ve purchased at least 5 cars from their other locations…I went there twice this week, the last time, I spent 15 minutes walking around the car I was interested in, walked around the showroom, made myself a cup of coffee and in all that time, not one single person greeted me or offered to help. Do yourself a favor - go to one of their other locations and ask for Claude or Kevin Commissioning or Steve Simpson…consistently impeccable customer service from those gentlemen.

I truly cannot say enough great things about the experience that we had. Capital Volvo in Tallahassee was fantastic. Mike Walsh (Sales manager), Junior (Sales), and Mike (Finance) were all amazing. I have leased a vehicle for the last 18 years (8 years with Lexus, 10 years with Volvo), and the time had come for a bigger vehicle and to longer have the constraints of a lease. Before my experience with Capital Volvo, I would have rather had a root canal without Novocain. The negotiation process was not painful, and they allowed us to take our time. Mike and Junior were professional and reasonable. They made every effort to accommodate our needs and got creative at times to make the deal work for us. Once we agreed on a final price, we arranged a meeting time shortly before closing, since we had to travel approx.. 2 hours to get there. The price that we agreed upon was the price we paid. No hidden fees or extras that increased the price. We were out of there in less than 2 hours. The staff were wonderful and stayed late, which we truly appreciate. We would absolutely recommend them for anything Volvo or any used cars. They have restored our faith in the car industry and will use them again! My husband was surprised and remarked at how seamless the process was. Once we arrived, we signed and left with 2 new cars! If we didn’t have to travel so far, we would schedule our maintenance with them too. Thank you, Capital Volvo, what a wonderful experience.
