A couple of days later my wife purchased that vehicle. Tyler spent quite a bit of time after the sale instructing her on operating some of the features on the vehicle. He was very patient when she asked to be shown again. When she first met Tyler she asked that no "high pressure" be used on her. He never pressured her to make a decision, but provided all the information she asked for. I do not think high pressure tactics were part of his nature.
