Conner made the entire car-buying experience smooth and completely stress-free. We drove over four hours to purchase my dream car, and he went above and beyond to make everything easy even from that distance. He helped facilitate the trade-in of my old vehicle seamlessly before we arrived, which saved us so much time.
Once we got to the dealership, we were in and out in a little over an hour and back on the road — something I truly appreciated after such a long drive. Conner was knowledgeable, efficient, super fun to work with, and never made us feel rushed or pressured.
Everyone else at the dealership was also incredibly welcoming — several team members came over to introduce themselves and chat with us, which made the experience feel even more personal. The dealership itself was spotless, modern, and beautiful, creating such a great overall atmosphere. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and would absolutely recommend Conner and this dealership to anyone looking for an exceptional car-buying experience.

Please don’t elude customers into services that you can’t complete,
While giving my car for a service and maintenance i was told that i would be getting free car wash and inside clean, but when I received the car, it was dirty from inside.
I did ask the customer executive and they told they will take care of that and just basically mopped my mats.
Also gave me a lame reason that the vaccum was broken (5 days back). That’s why they weren’t able to do the clean.
I am paying $$ for my services and maintenance and you guys don’t have a spare vaccum out there.
😡😡😡
We stopped at BMW off a whim to look at a BRZ they had on their lot while in Tallahassee. One thing I immediately liked about this dealership besides the well laid out selection of cars, we didn’t have someone trying to open our car door as soon as we drove on the lot. We actually had time look around. And when I was ready to talk to someone , Kevin Commissiong was near by. Answered any an all questions we had and was never pushy. We were able to negotiate price, come up with an agree and only them settled the paperwork. The whole team was awesome to work with. You can tell they had a tight-knit group. I would definitely do more business there if I’m in the market again.
Thanks guys

I bought a Mercedes Benz S Class 560 and was told it had a 101 vehicle inspection performed. Brought the car home and noticed a squealing noise coming from the brakes. I told the salesman and he assured me that it was no problem with the brakes. I had the car inspected by a mechanic and he said it needed pads and rotors on all four. I was quoted $3,700 for repairs. They lied on the paperwork about the brake inspection and put me and my family safety at risk. Trying to get someone on the phone or return a call is almost impossible. I left messages with the salesman, general manager, service manager and the only person who returned my calls and helped me through this awful process was the finance manager. I live in Jacksonville Fl so this made it more difficult for me to resolve this problem. This has been the absolute worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. I would not be a repeat customer or recommend this dealership to anyone! I have never had to call a dealership multiple times for the same problem like I did with this one or never have I ever left a derogatory review, but customers need to be aware. So much more I experienced, this is just the tip of the iceberg! No one should have to experience what I experienced!

I’ve been doing business with BMW of Tallahassee since 2023 and honestly I’ve had issues from the start. The buying experience wasn’t great, and now the service experience has been even worse. I drive a 2024 BMW X3 M40i, take very good care of it, and my warranty covers me through 75,000 miles and I believe until 2027.
My last service was in September. When I picked up my car, the steering wheel was slightly turned to the right. With my busy work schedule, I didn’t have time to keep going back and forth, especially since this dealership is always backed up, loaners are hard to get, and waiting for a shuttle across town is a whole ordeal. When I finally addressed it with Jessica weeks later, I was told there was “damage” to the wheel and it would cost 12–14K. That’s not realistic. My steering wheel was perfectly aligned before I dropped it off, so whatever happened, happened while it was in their care. I refused to pay for something I know I didn’t cause.
Then the engine coolant light started showing up, followed by the windshield wiper fluid light. Why would these issues appear only two months after routine service? Before a road trip, Jessica topped off the coolant and said everything looked fine. On my trip, the coolant light came on again, so clearly there’s something they missed.
They talk a lot about their “master technicians” and how limited they are, which is why simple services take days. But the quality doesn’t match the pitch. I’ve also asked other BMW owners I know and everyone seems to have similar complaints.
If I cause damage to my own car, I own it. I’ve replaced tires from potholes and rims from curb scrapes. But these issues weren’t caused by me, and I’m not accepting blame for things that happened while my car was in their hands.
I’ve held off for two years from making any kind of complaint because I actually want this dealership to do well, I want it to thrive, and I truly love my BMW. But enough is enough.
My car is back at the dealership now being looked at (again). They gave me a 2026 BMW X3 loaner and the design is honestly terrible. I wouldn’t trade my 2024 for it under any circumstance. I’m waiting to see what they say this time, but at this point I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed with this dealership.
I hope they take this feedback seriously, because loyal customers like me shouldn’t have to deal with this.
(Will consider updating the review & stars based on the outcome.)
Update: 12/8 I picked up my vehicle. There was a coolant leak that was covered under warranty. Ian was great but as I was leaving, my windshield wiper fluid light came back on and I didn’t have time to turn around due to having to rush to get to a 10:30 meeting. I texted in and Ian assured me that the tech was confident it was topped off. While it is dispensing water on the front windshield, the back is BONE dry which indicates, they really don’t perform their jobs with the utmost attention to detail. Is there not a checklist for this? (Updating to 2-stars from 1-star only because Ian has been great to work with despite the ongoing issues. More updates forthcoming.
