  I recently purchased a used BMW 330i from BMW of Tallahassee, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Kyle, my salesman, was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. As a first-time car buyer, I was a little nervous about the process, but Kyle made everything incredibly easy and enjoyable. He took the time to explain every step clearly, never rushed me, and made sure I felt confident in my decisions. He answered every question I had quickly and thoroughly, and his professionalism and friendliness really stood out. Kyle truly went above and beyond, and I’m very grateful for the exceptional service he provided.

  The process of purchasing a car could be intimidating for many. Thanks to Benjamin Crowder our experience buying our M440i was excellent. Benjamin was very informative and always available when we had questions. Benjamin Crowder really represents the principles and high reputation of the BMW family.

  After a few “bumps in the road” everyone at BMW of Tallahassee made sure that our purchase of a 2023 X3 went smoothly and that we were satisfied. Our salesperson, Breanna, was easy to work with and after some confusion, she handled the sale professionally. The X3 is beautiful and essentially a new car even though it has 12,000 miles on it. Couldn’t be happier with it! Also, another salesperson, George, assisted with the sale and is truly committed to providing awesome customer service.

  I have had a 2016 BMW X5 with a water pump problem. We delivered the car on Monday without appointment. Ian a Service Adviser took the car in. I told them that this was my daily driver. There was no further communication from the Dealer regarding the car. They need to deal with third party insurance. Only when I asked I get some more info. It took them 10 working days to complete the car but still they wasn't able to inform me the car is ready. The best after realizing they charge $285/hour I need to bring the car again for fixing some loose turbo charger clamps battery protection. They marked the Horn as working but it wasn't working. That's quality.

  Completely satisfied with the experience from start to finish. No drama or pressure. My sales representative, Kevin Commissiong, was very knowledgeable of the X5 and was invaluable in shortening the learning curve on all the tech features. My need for the extra clearance to take the vehicle on rough farm roads meant ordering it with the air suspension. Surprisingly, car was built and delivered in short order. Kevin kept me in the loop throughout the process.
