I try taking my old battery after they told me I could leave it there ( which was really heavy btw) and no one was able to help me, I waited a long time just for them to tell me I needed a receive of a new purchase battery. Later I try buying something else’s that had a discount offer and they wouldn’t made it valid for me. Anyway I ended up going to advance auto part and they where very kind even help me get the battery out and even where surprise because I didn’t intent to sell it just wanted a place to leave it at.

Before I start, I have to mention how friendly everyone here has treated me. I appreciate the customer service that is offered and good conversations that I've had with the employees. However, in October of 2024, I bought a new battery for my 2018 Toyota Highlander. I specifically mentioned it needed to support the Start/Stop function that my Highlander has. The employee who sold me the battery confirmed that it did and I trusted that they were correct. Today, only 14 months later, I had to get that battery replaced. I could only replace it under warranty for the same battery. So I made the swap but when I was checking the info online, it clearly stated it does not support the Start/Stop function that my car has. I'm disappointed because I'm likely going to need to replace this battery again in the near future and I'll just have to flat out buy a new one. I put my car in the Autozone website and it shows that the battery (Duralast Platinum 24F-AGM) does NOT fit my car. Please ensure you're selling the correct parts to your customers. I now have to go buy a new battery. I'll wait until this one fails again, but I'm not going to just keep swapping new batteries every year. I just want the correct part.

Jerry is very rude , I came in the store to pick up my brakes that I purchased at another Autozone after being told they were not in stock at the location on Monroe next to Popeyes just to come back to the same location they were in stock at. Even arriving to the store Jerry had a very sarcastic attitude and acted as if I didn’t exist after entering the store because I called several times to make sure they were in stock because I had been given the run around about the brakes the whole day which is very inconvenient and wasted so much gas. I expressed my concerns to Jerry and his response was ok what’s next
