Unknowingly I told them the light that was out but thankfully he came out and actually checked to see if they could put them bulb in and saw which one it actually was. So instead of selling me the wrong bulb and sending me on my way he picked the correct one and installed it for me. Whole thing took less than 5 minutes and he did it was a smile. I can’t remember his name but he was also the only male working at the time.

I needed to get a battery tested as I was inside of the store in the AC. He was outside sweating and taking care of my vehicle once he found out that the battery was no good. He didn’t hesitate to go on the shelf and exchange the battery out. He also noticed some other things that was going on with my vehicle and told me if I got those minor parts that he would put them on no charge customer services always top-notch when I come in and deal with him, I don’t remember the young lady’s name that was working with him tonight, but she was quite pleasant as well. Five star shout out to the north Monroe store 3017.👌💪❣️
