  Be sure to check inside the item's box, to make sure the product matches, and/or have the associate check, as well. THERE WAS A TOTALLY DIFFERENT KIND OF CAP INSIDE THE BOX LABELED AS A RADIATOR CAP. Someone opened it and put the wrong cap back inside. I guess the employee went to get it and never checked it for me, nor did he offer to put the new 'radiator cap' on for me. I therefore had to leave to have my husband do it for me. That is when he realized the cap didn't fit because it was a cap for something else. Now we have to drive back up to Auto Zone to get a refund because we have to stop at the 1st auto parts store we see. I always had a great experience with Auto Zone and its employees helping me before. They always ran or offered diagnosis and helped me with the parts I bought, except for this last time. I think maybe the associate was busy.

  I receives excellent service today. Duncan was awesome, he went out of his way to help me. Some of the best service I’ve received at an auto zone ever!

  Auto Zone on North Monroe has amazing and helpful employees! Erin went above and beyond going across town to get a part I needed and made sure I was back up and running! Great team at that location!

  Let me just say that Duncan went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help with our car emergency. He provided the tools, knowledge and carside manner needed to get the car safely back on the road. He also showed patience and a great sense of humor. Remember Duncan..."I beat the brakes off that car!"

  ​"I am appalled by the treatment my son and I received at this AutoZone. The Regional Manager was incredibly nasty and harassed my son to the point of firing him. To make matters worse, I purchased equipment during this visit that is faulty. The store is now refusing to honor the warranty or replace the part, claiming it is 'out of stock,' yet they are not offering a solution. Furthermore, my recent purchases are mysteriously missing from my account history. This is unprofessional and predatory behavior. I am not looking for a refund; I am looking for a working part and an apology for the harassment we endured.
