  This location has some of the laziest and learned employees. Went to this location to pick up a battery that needed to be tested after they charged it. I asked the employee is the battery good, they said idk, ok no worries. I also need to see if a part came in that I paid for been waiting on it for week and paid extra to have it on time. They asked did we call you? I said no that’s why I’m checking. Yes sir it’s here, ok cool I would like my money back because Oriellys had it to me the next day

  I had such a great experience at AutoZone thanks to Michael Stringer. I came in completely lost about what was going on with my car, especially with the AC not working properly, and he went above and beyond to help me. He did not just point me in the right direction, he actually came outside, opened my hood, and walked me through everything step by step. He showed me exactly how to use the refrigerant device and explained it in a way that was super easy to understand, even for someone like me who does not know much about cars. What really stood out was how patient and kind he was the whole time. He made sure I felt confident doing it on my own in the future instead of just fixing it quickly and sending me on my way. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people and teaching them, not just doing his job. I would highly recommend going to this location and asking for Michael if you need help. He made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier

  Been having problems with my battery..and I was really frustrated and scared..didn't know what to do..but to go back where I got the battery from..and I have to say, that Mrs Dawn!!! Saved the day!! Along with Daria!! (Who's awesome!!) Mrs Dawn was patient and listened to every thing I had to say..and she assisted me in getting my battery replaced. I have to e stars for the outstanding customer service!! Mrs Dawn & Daria..they rock!! Thank you!!!
