  Roscoe made a world of difference! If I don’t remember anything else it was Roscoe. Alamo was the only one with cars available, and just observing him interact with frustrated customers was enough to see he enjoys what he does. The young man working the counter with him “Jayson or something was also very polite. Mam yes mam, very personal calling people by first name. I loved my experience and your employees made it all worth the while. Thank you Roscoe from the girl who wears Red!!

  I wish it was possible to give 0 stars. First I purchased my rental in January 2026, the car was supposed to be a premium suv. I arrive in March the day before my vacation to pick up my premium suv. The guy at the desk in the tallahassee airport informs me they don't have my premium suv there and they can offer me something smaller. I purchased the biggest suv because that's what I needed. So after charging me alot extra they gave me 2 vehicles that were smaller. So 30 minutes into our trip the tire pressure light comes on, I stopped to put air in the tire, it stay inflated until we reached our destination, then goes completely flat. I waited 2.5 hours for a tech to change the tire then, I was told to take the vehicle and exchange it at a place in Orlando. The place I was told to go then tells me they don't have a vehicle to exchange for me. How had no one checked to see that before I was referred there. No I'm stuck 4 hours away from home with a donut tire on my vehicle. After I informed then there was no vehicle at the location they sent me to, then i was told someone would contact me with further instructions. 26 hours later still no contact with further instructions. I dealt with the local branch, the customer service reps, and the roadside assistance department, every single one lied and were very unhelpful. I have nothing good to say about this company. Also looking at other reviews this is typical service for them. This is the worst company with the worst employees. I will never use them again and I will be reporting them to better business bureau.

  Super friendly customer service! And had a vehicle ready for me (and very clean and great condition) even though it was Spring Break and they were super busy! Love this experience!! When I brought the vehicle back, the employee in the parking lot took my key and checked me out right there so I didn’t have to go inside at the airport! She was fantastic as well!!

  From when I rented the car and returned the car .The staff has been wonderful. The agent Rosco when I picked up the car was very helpful and professional . He helped me to my car , I am a Handicap senior and showed me the ins and outs of the car. The Car itself was quite nice with a lot of great features. And when I extended the rental the agent on the phone was very helpful and made the whole process very easy. Then when I returned the rental in . There was a lady who greeted me for the return. She noticed I had a wheelchair in the trunk and she was so sweet. She offered to drive me up to the terminal so I didn't have to do the wheelchair and bags across the parking lot. She was very lovely and had a great personality. The whole process with Alamo was very pleasant I will definitely rent from Alamo in the future . Thank you Alamo Miss Rose
