I can confidently say this shop has earned my long-term business. From day one, Scott (the manager) and his entire crew were professional, calm, and honest - which is exactly what you want when you walk in (or towed in as I was) with real car problems and real money on the line. I was towed in with two damaged tires on the passenger side of my 2024 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum. Scott didn't try to upsell me, pressure me, or push anything unnecessary. He provided clear options, fair pricing, and got me back on the road quickly. The value I received for four new tires (buying 4 rather than 2 provided a substantial savings), balancing and alignment was excellent. What really stood out is the consistency. When I came back with my daughter's vehicle, the same attention to detail, friendliness, and efficiency was there. This is a new location, but it already feels like a true neighborhood shop. It's clean, organized, and run by people who actually care about the customer experience. Scott has built a great team here. I thought my brakes were goin bad because the sound was squeelin. They showed me a way serious problem with the bearing hubs. Price was reasonable and I will return for future business.
