  Extremely expensive 125.00 for an oil change 2022 kia telluride. They were already dropping the oil by the time they told me how much it was and that was with a 25.00 coupon, also they said the printer wasn't working so they couldn't give me a receipt.

  On March 22nd, I took my car in for service for the first time in that place. I asked if they offered tire rotation, and they said yes. Everything seemed fine at first, until they started working on the wheels to remove the lug nuts. They began using a machine to remove the lug nuts and then switched to another tool. After about 10 minutes, they asked me where I had previously serviced my car. They then told me I needed to go back to that place because the lug nuts had been “improperly installed,” and that’s why the bolt broke. I have been servicing my vehicle for over 5 years, and I have never experienced anything like this before. However, when I spoke with the manager, their response was simply that they were not responsible and that there was nothing they could do. It was a horrible experience. They completely avoided responsibility and refused to repair the damage they caused

  I had an oil leak short after my oil change here. I had to take my vehicle in the shop just to find it was caused by a damaged o ring when this place changed the filter. Really not cool as the old saying goes you have one job to do and this place failed.

  The team was absolutely wonderful. The guys were all great and friendly took care of everything. I was extremely grateful. The only problem I have is I set and called to get prices before I showed up to get an oil change at any place and the AI system told me for full synthetic it was gonna be $59 and when I got there, it was $100 so that was an issue for me. The guy was kind and gave me a discount but that’s really unprofessional on the companies part.

  No longer trust. Took vehicle on Friday March 20th, 2026. Now, they are pushing heavily to sell other services besides oil change. I was told needed cooling system flush - battery was very low, etc. After service was completed, the oil sticker was written that I should go back after 3,000 miles. However, full synthetic oil, at other places, lasts 7,500 miles instead. The same day, I went to dealer for a radio software update. I asked them the check battery. The dealer indicated battery was fully charged with no issues. The location I went is Sunrise (on 84). Been a client for a while but there has been personnel changes - perhaps need better training or worst they may have been instructed to push for "unnecessary" services.
