  I put too much air in my tire. I was stressed, trying to figure out how to fix this to prevent an accident from occurring. The gentleman at the front desk (Raul) took care of me, free of charge, even after I offered him compensation. Great atmosphere. Will definitely be back again.

  I had a punctured tire so I brought my car to 👑 Tire Kingdom at the sawgrass mall. Jeremy helped me and found the exact same tire I needed and had it delivered the next day. The tire arrived early and Bryan helped me get the repair order started. Fritz performed the tire change and took such great care of the rim that its still in the same perfect condition it arrived in. Thank you Fritz great work! 👍 👍

  Best Tire kingdom I have been to! Customer service was overall great and they got me in and out. Brayan and Tavoi were able to help assist me right away when coming to get an alignment

  I had a really great experience at Tire King, and Raul in particular was amazing. I originally came in because my back right tire kept showing low air pressure and I thought I might have a nail in it. Raul had my car assessed right away and they quickly discovered that it was actually a bubble in the tire. After taking a look at everything, they explained that it would be safest to replace all four tires rather than just the one with the bubble. Raul took the time to walk me through everything and made sure I understood what was going on without ever making me feel pressured. I had both of my kids with me, and Raul was incredibly accommodating and understanding about that. He made sure they got my car in right away and worked to get everything done as quickly and efficiently as possible so we weren’t stuck there for hours. He was genuinely kind, professional, and had excellent customer service the entire time. It’s rare to find someone who is both knowledgeable and really cares about making the experience easy for the customer, but Raul definitely does. If you go to Tire King, I highly recommend asking for Raul. He made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier, and I truly appreciate how well he took care of us.
