  I always have a great experience at Jiffy Lube! They consistently take care of my oil changes and always keep me informed about what’s going on with my car. The team is professional, honest, and just overall wonderful. I actually drive quite a distance just to come to this specific location because I trust them that much—I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

  Randdy V. and his crew were absolutely awesome to work with. Extremely professional and very knowledgeable in their craft. They were able to fix my car issue and was out of there within 15 minutes. I will definitely be coming here for my car issues!

  I recently visited Jiffy Lube and overall had a pretty good experience. The service was quick, smooth, and very convenient. I really liked that I didn’t even have to get out of my car to have everything done—that made the whole process super easy. The staff were all friendly, pleasant, and kind. Jeffrey (I believe that was his name) stood out in particular—he took the time to clearly explain other maintenance my car may need and even gave me a quote without any pressure to get it done right away, which I really appreciated. However, there were a couple of issues that didn’t sit right with me. The biggest one was the lack of clear and consistent pricing. One employee showed me a price, but I ended up being charged a much higher amount than what I was originally told or expected. That was definitely frustrating. Also, one of my air valve caps (that I purchased myself) was lost during the service, which was disappointing. Overall, the experience was fast and the customer service was great, but I really think they need to improve communication around pricing and be more careful with customers’ property.

  I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to Jerry. He serviced my vehicle with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. He took the time to explain what was being done and made sure everything was handled properly. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and that really stood out to me. The service was smooth, quick, and stress-free. I truly appreciate the level of care and customer service he provided. Jerry is a great asset to your team!

  Came in for a cv axel repair.charged me thru the roof for repairs..1,200$ to be in the ballpark.. they did a complementary transmission change because they could not check the fluid level…. mind you I did not ask for this service.. prior to this transmission fluid replacement I did not have a single leak anywhere on my vehicle.. now transmission fluid is spewing all under my vehicle..and is now all over my driveway.. now I need to bring it back and have it fixed because I’m not paying for shotty work 😡😡😡
