  I wanted to thank Carlos Coello Beseke Carrera, the Assistant Branch Manager, for his help. He was incredibly helpful, efficient, and friendly. I had a Jeep Gladiator Rubicon, and it was such a fun experience driving it. My kids absolutely loved it, and it was a breeze to return it to the Kia dealership. Everything about the experience was awesome—when does anyone ever say that about a rental?

  Amazing service. I came in looking for a luxury vehicle and I was very specific about what car I wanted and apparently this location doesn’t deal with many luxury cars but CARLOS made things happen!! Carlos made my wishes his top priority, he made some phone calls, and in 20 minutes I was driving the car that I wanted. Thanks Carlos!

  I finally felt compelled to write a review to express my satisfaction with the services I’ve received from Enterprise. I have been a regular customer for many years, and I can only say great things about my experiences. I am always treated with the utmost respect and genuine care. Knowing that I can always expect to be taken care of in a very professional manner is priceless. I would like to give a special thank you to Carlos at the branch located at Sawgrass Ford. He goes above and beyond when taking care of customers. His empathy and genuine commitment to providing excellent customer service keep loyal customers like me coming back. Thank you!

  My vehicle had a recall and my dealership told me part of the service was to receive a free rental car. I returned the vehicle as told, to the dealership, and on time. However, Enterprise charged my credit card for two extra days without my authorization! I have called and to this date this matter has not be resolved, months later. It has been an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience that no one should have to deal with for such a simple matter. Can someone please fix this???
