Not even going to get into the situation but save your time and money and go anywhere else. These people are a waste of time, money, and enterprise a horrible reputation. If the owners see this, I hope you send the two men working on Friday, March 20th, to training ASAP!

They left the store to the car cleaner man who had no clue where anyone went. Finally, 2 people walk in and I'm told there are no cars. Paid Uber for the rounds trip to this location. The Pines location is no better. Terrible customer service. Years of renting with Enterprise is ending.
