As a result, the splash shield dropped down while we were driving late at night, close to midnight, creating a dangerous situation.

They’re always hospitable and follow through with all the check points for an oil change (resetting the sensor on the dash to reflect the oil change, check all fluids, check tire pressure, and in a very timely fashion!

They were efficient and answered my question about my oil light on. They were able to reset the light on after the oil change and got the oil change light off for me.
