I understand prices have gone up, but this felt excessive for a standard oil change. On top of that, charging extra for anything over 5 quarts of oil is ridiculous when many trucks naturally require more than that. It feels like customers are being nickel-and-dimed for something that should already be included in the base price. That said, the workers were nice and professional. I understand they’re just the employees and don’t control pricing. I guess it’s understandable when you have six employees servicing one vehicle at a time — overhead has to be covered somehow — but that cost ultimately gets passed on to the customer. Overall, not the value I expected.
