In a matter of 15 minutes they were calling me up to let me know that the screw hadn't actually gone through. I was quickly escorted to the pick-up area & I even got a few compliments on my vehicle. The promptness, friendliness & ease of service from Mavis is one that I will recommend to everyone I know and I will definitely come back. Thank you everyone for making my visit stress-free.

At first when I arrived, the lady was literally on a side chair with her phone, just stood up, and attended in bad mood. When I went to get the security nut to release the tire and came back she just extended the hand with no talking. She started yelling that she asked for the keys twice! I’ve been customer of this store for several years and my past reviews have been good, but not this time with that terrible customer service from this lady. You really need to talk to her.
