No my full size truck does not warrant an upcharge like that. I ordered one on Amazon for $16 while I was waiting for the oil to get changed. The team was very informative and provided excellent service. They went above and beyond to service my car, as I had a few issues that required alot of extra time and extra efforts. So I want to acknowledge them individually because that's how impressed I was with the 5 star service they provided. Lyonel N, Calvin J, Hubert B, Edwin D, Mario L and Randy. I will only ve going to this store going forward. Thank you guys for the great service and I will be referring everyone to this store.

So we did the fix for the oil.they tried up-charging for break pads which was denied and now all of a sudden there is bolt missing from one of the break calipers, be for real. Am I suppose to believe this is a coincidence or is it a play to get customers to come back for overpriced services
