- BJBernard Jean1 day ago2.0Went for an oil change very friendly at first my car was not in the shop 10 minutes and the advisor came and told me my engine's really bad I went over the mileage on my oil that I need an oil flush an engine clean and all kinds of things I declined 10 minutes later he comes in and tells me my battery is bad here's tester showing that my battery is bad when I only replace my battery is a little bit more than a year ago, then another 10 minutes later he comes back now to tell me that my brakes are wearing unevenly that my calipers may be locking up and I politely tell them just please finish the oil change and that's all I'm getting today. Due to the fact I have been in the automotive business as a mechanic and a service advisor at Major dealerships for over 48 years it was a very poor sell job on his part. I can only say I will only be using Jiffy Lube as an oil change facility and note make sure before you leave open the hood and check the oil level yourself.

I can understand, but you leave me there looking like an idiot, shows bad customer services and show that you can pick and choose what type of customer.. First and last time, go there. IF IM GOING TO SPEND $127 PLUS TAX, GIVE ME SOME RESPECT. I'm spending my money Jiffy Lube is not giving me anything free... POOR MANAGED PLACE....
