  branch manager Ricardo is the rudest/ most unprofessional person I’ve ever encountered at this office and because he was clearly irritated from my request to understand what other vehicle options they have from my initial request, he placed me on “hold” and hung up the call so that he doesn’t talk to me. I called back and he continuously kept ignoring the call. If this is how this office is being ran, I can only imagine how many issues they encounter because of him. I am not happy and all I tried to do is confirm a vehicle that I am pleased with for my reservation for next week. Secondly! I have to confirm with my company that a car has been rented and that I am available to facilitate my obligation. I can sense he’s had a bad morning but taking it out on customers is a big NO NO, correct this behavior as I’m sure it’s not the first time

  The other reviews don’t lie. Great team working at this location. Excellent communication and they go out of their way to accommodate.

  Stephanie is the assistant branch manager and she was a sweetheart! This place was packed on Friday and she handled everyone with kindness. Great service and experience! Thank you
