- LBlife of Tanashia BurchNov 19, 20251.0First, i want to say Daniel the manager here is rude , over talks you and isn't there to resolve any issues a customer may have he doesn't have any customer service skills, refused to give me the general manager number so i could complain on him, as i stated to him i spoke with corporate and they advised my issue would be resolved when i spoke with a manager at the location to my surprise this isn't a manager he has no customer service skills at all he didn't give no options to resolve my issue and make me a happy customer when i informed him i will make a bad review and report them too the BBB he said yea go ahead you can do so , if this is someone enterprise wants working for there company go right ahead but he isn't in the right position. and he told me corporate is basically no one just the customer service number i said not a problem i will get the general manager information and i will go from there
