  First, i want to say Daniel the manager here is rude , over talks you and isn't there to resolve any issues a customer may have he doesn't have any customer service skills, refused to give me the general manager number so i could complain on him, as i stated to him i spoke with corporate and they advised my issue would be resolved when i spoke with a manager at the location to my surprise this isn't a manager he has no customer service skills at all he didn't give no options to resolve my issue and make me a happy customer when i informed him i will make a bad review and report them too the BBB he said yea go ahead you can do so , if this is someone enterprise wants working for there company go right ahead but he isn't in the right position. and he told me corporate is basically no one just the customer service number i said not a problem i will get the general manager information and i will go from there

  They've given one of the best guest experiences and customer service that I've seen in the car rental business they are patient their prom they cover all areas professionalism as for guest experience they rate a number 10 plus because they made the service that they gave me above and beyond what the norm would do even with other car rental agencies those gentleman need a secretary just to answer the phones because they're so busy if you consider consider me part time but they're the best in your company the manager and the workers kind of polite and respectful and A1A guess

  This was the BEST and most simple experience that I have had with any place, rental or not. I called to make sure that they had the vehicle that I was looking for, we arrived later to reserve the car for a few days later. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They showed us the vehicle at that very moment even though we were not picking up for a couple of days. They explained everything in detail & the return was beyond easy with the help of another incredibly kind employee. I don't typically leave reviews, but this was necessary! I would give 10 stars if I could!! Thank you so much to all of you. Even the gentleman that was training. You all were amazing!!

  I went to 2 budget locations after making reservations online only for them not to have cars available. I contacted this enterprise and they advised they did have cars and they would take care of me. Once arriving at the location i immediately greeted pleasantly. Carlos took care of me and was very patient, polite, and I was literally in and out. Not to mention cheaper than budget. Thank you guys!!!

  El señor Carlos Coello beseke carrera es un persona muy maleducada me habló en un tono alto como si fuera mi padre y fuera de eso se enoja por que quiero hablar con un superior para que me explique algo y fuera de eso que me habla en tono alto me dice que esa es la forma de él de antenter y que no hay nadie más que me pueda ayudar me pone un ejemplo o de una hamburguesa como Si un carro fuera una hamburguesa por favor eduquen sus trabajadores para que sean más Amables con el personal que atienden
