This is my 3rd reservation with these people and once again like clockwork they don't have a car for me! I made this reservation 1 month ago just so I would not run into this issue, but once again they mess it up again! They want to blame it on being a holiday and that they sold out, but yet they called and confirmation the same day they sold out of cars. Every time I made a reservation for this site they always always never have a car ready for me. I will never ever ever come back to this site due to irresponsible workers not doing their job correctly.

My rental got a flat tire, so Enterprise sent AAA to tow the vehicle because it didn’t have a spare. They ordered me an Uber to pick up a replacement, but they sent me to the wrong location in Lauderdale Lakes instead of the Sunrise branch where I originally rented. At Lauderdale Lakes, they gave me a car that was full of ants. I had to return again the next day to my original Sunrise location. Instead of helping me, Sunrise told me to go back to Lauderdale Lakes, even though Enterprise policy allows any branch to swap a disabled vehicle.

Enterprise staff made it super easy and simple to pick up and drop off the rental. No Worries. No hassles. The rental car itself was a comfortable and secure ride all throughout the duration of rental service. I appreciate and thank each and every one of enterprises staff members for making it a very pleasant experience for me and providing excellent service.
