I was concerned about being able to get home but Juan assisted me quickly and efficiently. He was extremely professional and helped me understand the different options available. It was a very pleasant experience and I am so grateful for his service and for easing my stress about getting home safely.

Came in to Look for a part and couldn’t find it and went up to the counter and asked the guy He told me the items are in that section instead of taking a minute and actually asking me question or using a computer which online said had 2 available. Kind of brushed me off. Also nobody is attending to the customers even if they are at the counter. If people hate where they work why hire them. Anyways stay away from this place if you are looking for actual help.

Juan P helped when my daughter who is hours away from home at college had a dead car battery. She was able to get a jump and I called AutoZone to locate a battery. He was waiting for her when she arrived and installed the battery quickly. He made a nervous student feel very comfortable. We had a terrible experience at another auto parts store nearby and I highly recommend this AutoZone in Sunrise. Thanks Juan P!

I came in and needed help with finding the right oil for my car he was very patient and took the time to explain the importance of getting the right oil and he was kind enough to check it and put it in for me.
