Instead, the staff was unhelpful and unwilling to even check my battery or sell me one, despite me having all the tools to install it myself. It would have taken minimal effort to assist me, but they showed no interest. Given the circumstances, I expected better customer service. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

He also explained the things that I needed, the size/type and wasn’t condescending about it either. Felt very genuine about wanting to help. Great service, will come back again.
