We determined my alternator was good however I definitely needed a new battery we went inside took a look at the options and stuck with the 3 year warranty because florida heat is crazy. She was very patient with me as I had some issues that delayed the process but she stuck with me from start to finish. Battery changed and good to go. I am a happy camper. She made me feel like I was family and never pressured me into getting anything that I didn't needed. After I purchased a new battery for my car she offered to put it in for me. Even when I tried to give her a tip she would not take it, she was just happy to assist me. She deserves a raise, her customer service skills is phenomenal and I will be back whenever I need anything for my vehicles. 👍🏾

HOW DO BRAKES WORK?

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
