    Jorge Lopez was working the counter alone at the Sunny Isles Beach location it was crowded and people were not happy with the wait and he handled everyone with patience, kindness, professionalism. It’s a tiny little office in Sunny Isles but worth going back for the professional service from Jorge.

    Showed up and there were no cars. We are 6th in line(with a reservation made a month ago). There may or there may not be a car that gets returned today. Totally oversold cars and now we are stuck! We are supposed to be in Naples today 2 hrs away and may have to uber! Very bad situation with many people stuck. Not how to run a business.

    Great Enterprise location! Tal, Devon and the entire staff are excellent - welcoming, friendly and so efficient. Highly recommend renting a car from here!

    We originally booked a large SUV to go with the family to Disney. Got there, they did not have any cars above 5 seats. So we had to cancel our plans!

    I have rented at least seven times from this location and never had any issues. They always called me a few days in advance to confirm that I was picking up the car. I never had to wait any more than a usual wait for picking up a car. The staff have always been very courteous and accommodating. I will always come back.
