  I rented a car from National in Sunny Isles on Nov 28th for 1 day. They didnt have an SUV as i requested, I was offered an old gross Ford Transit and I accepted as i had no option. This is not why i am writing this review though, I returned the vehicle at 943am the following day and i picked it up at 9am the previous day, they had the nerve to charge me an extra $76 for 1 hour extra even though i returned the vehicle in the same hour. I was using a free day for this rental so i was supposed to be charged $0.86. I am an executive elite with National and i have always been given a 1 hour window to return the vehicle. This location is always short on vehicles and they are never clean. I will be avoiding them from now on and maybe even switching to Hertz. This is the worst customer service i have ever experienced at National.

  DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! The manager Jon is the worst. They wont honor your car rental category and will not work with you. Instead rent from Budget across the street at the DoubleTree hotel.
