After being rear-ended by a drunk driver, I was dealing with an extremely stressful situation, and Tal went above and beyond to help me every step of the way. From handling the chaos of the initial situation to getting me smoothly into a new rental car, she was professional, patient, understanding, and incredibly accommodating. I’ll be honest, when I come into Enterprise it’s usually during high-stress moments, and I’m not always at my best. Tal consistently remained calm, kind, and professional, which made a difficult experience so much easier to manage. That level of customer service is rare and deeply appreciated. If you’re renting from this location, you are truly in great hands with Tal Caspi. She is a huge asset to Enterprise, and I’m very grateful for her help. Highly recommend this location.

The first time, I asked if I could reserve a car using a debit card and was told yes. However, when I arrived at the counter to pick up the car, they told me it was only possible with a credit card. The second time, I arrived with a reservation I had made three weeks in advance, and at the counter they told me they had no cars available. I was forced to rent from another agency at a much higher, updated price. DO NOT RENT CARS FROM THIS PLACE.
