  My experience wasn't the best. The employee in charge of car cleaning hit a relative's car that was waiting for me parked behind the location while I picked up my rental car. He never stopped, hit the car, and kept going. When someone called him out on it, he said he hadn't seen it, which is a lie since all the cars have cameras and you can see who's behind them. They never took responsibility for the damage, and the manager just said, "You can call 911 if you want." This is ridiculous because he damaged the car, but there's no reason to call 911. Neither the company nor the employee ever took responsibility for their actions.

  They didn’t have the car I ordered because of the NYC blizzard disrupting everyone’s plans, but Tao kept me informed and found me an SUV promptly. Worked out well all things considered.

  Good place to rent a vehicle. Small office crew so patience is needed but they deliver as promised.

  May be the worst service I have ever experienced, period. I went today at 9:00 am to pick up the SUV I had booked a month ago, only to be told they had no cars as they were oversold. The extremely patronizing person behind the counter (claiming to be the manager), did however tell me in a condescending way it was my ‘lucky day’ because he could ‘put me’ in a minivan. When I told him I didn’t want a minivan, he said ‘ya, I figured.’ When I said I didn't understand the concept of reserving a car if none were going to be available, he simply laughed at me and said ‘you’re a smart guy.’ I was then told one would be delivered to my home later that day. When it didn’t happen, I called the location. After trying to get through for two hours and then being put on hold for 30 minutes, I was told they were still waiting for a car to be returned and if I still wanted one to come get it. When I said this was terrible service I was hung up on.

  Reserved a vehicle for 11am for pickup, got dropped off and then had to wait in a line just to be told that there was a wait list for a car. This location is one of the worst places to rent a car. I’m also an executive elite member and they have no expedited way to pickup a vehicle. Avoid this branch
