  This is service and responsiveness I’ve always looked for. A major car part had fallen off a vehicle, traveling ahead of us and severely banged the undercarriage of my car. I pulled off the first place I saw and it was Tire Choice in Summerfield. I was pretty shook up and told them what had happened. They had my car on a lift within five minutes and showed me what they found, explaining that there was nothing leaking, there were dents in the exhaust system, but no breaks, but a major metal arm had been angled down from one of the supports to the exhaust system. They were able to use a bar for leverage and pound the metal arm back into place. Then assured me that it was safe to continue driving. They had the car down and out within another 10 minutes and the most important part is that they wished me well and charged me nothing. How often do we get this kind of care and attention, clear explanation and kindness in this day and age. Thank you to the folks at Tire Choice in Summerfield.

  I needed a tire patched. I called and got a price quote. They had time open so I drove straight there. I showed up and they patched the tire and put it on the truck and put my spare in the bed at my request. I payed them and got a quote on a new set of tires and I was done. Everyone was great I will be recommend people to go there and do business.

  Cameron, Daniel and the staff are pleasant, professional, honest and definitely work to keep their customers happy and satisfied. I recently got two new tires with a good warranty, a discounted oil change and brake pads when the technician discovered the pads very poor condition. They bend over backwards to work with the customer and pride themselves on excellent car care and customer satisfaction. This is the place to go folks!!
