- BBblowery564 days ago4.0I was at this location on Nov 7 to check on a battery that I had previously purchased there earlier this year. The battery wasn't starting my car properly. Dan, the Asst. Mgr promptly helped me out by having Tony, the Mechanic, and Speed, the Tech test the battery. They quickly determined that the battery wasn't performing properly, most likely due to a bad battery cell. Dan authorized the replacement of the battery which was completed quickly. Since the battery was still under warranty I was not charged anything. I appreciate the professional, quick, and prompt resolution I received from these 3 and plan on returning the next time my car needs anything.
