  Our salesperson Josh was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond for us. And even though we got what we wanted for our trade-in, everything else there sucked! If you didn't buy their package deals for over $400 from the F&I person then we didn't realize till we went out to hook up and go home that our RV was not gone through at all and no one came out to do a walk-through with us. Josh actually helped us with what he could with that. And after we got our new 2025 camper home, there were a few things that didn't work and also things we didn't know how to work because no one showed us. So anyway our first trip out with it camping, we could not Bluetooth our phones to the radio and speakers because the thing on the wall to pair to did not work and our showers were mostly cold because the waterless tank heating did not work. Also it took two hands to open the rear door of the camper. So anyway when we got home from our first outing with it, we parked it at home and went to open the living room slide to unpack and it made horrible noises and went out cockeyed! Now mind you this is a brand new unit. So we called Camping World of Summerfield where we bought it and left a message for the service department of which we got no call back so a day later my husband called Camping World of Kissimmee and they were amazing! So after we were finally able to get the slide back in after many attempts, we took it to them. JT who was the service advisor was amazing and went out with us to our camper and we went through everything with him and he marked it down and he got everything approved through the warranty people and he has kept in touch with us every few days to keep us posted. He had everything fixed that needed fixing and also ordered the part for the slide. So if anyone wants to deal with camping world, please do not go to the one in Summerfield, go to the one in Kissimmee. How the one in Summerfield stays open is beyond me.

  Gavin was a great sales person. He did a zoom call with us and showed us 2 Airstream. He was ready with keys and answers. If he didn't know answer, he told us WHO he would ask and get back with us ASAP....which he did.

  We were on our way to the drag races when suddenly I got an alarm that a tire was going flat . We were able to install the spare tire and be on our way except now we didn't have a spare. Knowing there was a Camping World nearby I went there with the hopes of getting the tire repaired . First off I was greeted at the front door. Thank you. I was pointed to the service department where I met the helpful advisers and the service manager Tracy. We determined that the valve stem has spilt. The technician Ben was able to get the stem changed and the tire filled for us. The whole dealership from the front door all the way to the rear service tire area was clean and organized. What a well oiled machine! Thank you Camping World,Tracy ,Ben and all of the others that helped us that day
