- MCMark Cox5 days ago1.0Stay away from this rental company in Stuart fl. This is the most unpleasant rental company counter people. They have no empathy towards other, they shouldn’t be a representative of enterprise rental car! I had booked a pick up truck 2 months ago, just to find out 30 minutes before my pick up time that the did not have a pick up for me. They said they will call me when one was available later on the day. Never got a call back from them telling me that one was available.

I was told no problem Arrived and was told my car wasn't available. Parkinglot was loaded with cars. I had to locate another car rental. After YEARS of Enterprise loyalty, heck even had bought cars from them. Avis has gained a new customer.

Even though it was a crazy Easter Monday, lots of pick-ups and returns, the staff at this Enterprise handled it like complete pro's! They stayed cool under pressure and that in turn kept all the people waiting in the lobby chill and confident. The counter manager was organized, efficient, attentive and professional, the car guys were quick, courteous and professional, especially Carter, who was such a cool cat. I was here for an insurance provided rental but if I need a personal rental in the future you can be dang sure I'll be standing at their counter again. GREAT JOB people, that's how customer service is done!
