No pressure sales and was probably the easiest car buying experience I've ever had and I've bought probably roughly 20 cars from dealerships in my lifetime so far. Even Bob from finance didn't pressure us to buy extra add ons and yes he did highly recommend them so don't blame him but I'm a hard-nose person and only care about the bottom line so it was definitely me that insisted no add ons in finance. Ultimately I was given a great offer on trade in and got another great deal on another Toyota. Granted Toyotas basically sell themselves but if I had to have another salesman I would like Jason again because he understands car buying should be a great experience. Glad I went in since I really never thought about buying Volvo before and now after looking then over I might have to give them a look on my next vehicle. Great looking cars. Thanks again Wallace team. I'm sure I'll be back in the future.

We have bad days when we have car issues, so it's nice to meet a nice person working there. If the service department do answer their phone, this rating would have gone up.

Quick in and out 1.5 hours from test drive to trade, signing of papers. Steve in finance makes dreams come true! Jason is TOP NOTCH, listens, has everything lined up and ready and very respectful. (edited) Well, since you asked, I'll be honest ....Your service cost estimate was 400% more than the actual cost that I paid to have it completed by another independent certified Volvo mechanic. The only mistake I made was allowing you to do the $250 diagnostic test that Auto Zone will do for free! I asked for what they would give me for my vehicle for a trade-in while I was there because we are in the market for a new one and they told me $9000 which is ridiculous! Our dealership in Massachusetts, where we originally purchased the vehicle offered us much more than that. On top of all that, the service clerk Patrick at the Stuart Location has very poor interpersonal skills. After a price conversation where he added in a service that was free and then proceeded to charge me. When I was trying to bring it to his attention, he cut me off in the middle of my sentence with a snarky " so you don't want the oil change I won't do it then!". What I was trying to explain to him was that we just had a conversation about how the oil change was free, but then he proceeded to add it on to the invoice anyway . It's OK to make a mistake. It's not OK to jump all over your customers conversation before they get the words out. Very rude. For the above reasons, we will not be purchasing another Volvo from Wallace. You have given Mercedes of Ft Pierce another customer. Thanks For Asking, Arnold Pinto
