Jason was a great salesman but when we initially talked to my bank he told my bank rep that they would send an overnight payoff check to the bank for my trade in. Then he told me my trade was worth 35k and that we actually would get a bit more. After going through the finance guy we were only really shown the monthly price before and after the add ons and I declined adding anything on. He hurriedly had us sign the paperwork which I should have stopped and made sure everything was good because when I got home and looked over the finance paperwork they only gave me 33.5k for my trade. So screwed me out of 2k which I can only blame myself for not checking the papers before signing. If this is common with them you might want to double check any thing before you sign because had I caught this before I would have definitely not signed. Plus it took over a week for payoff to get sent out and I was starting to worry that I was going to have to make another payment so as not to affect credit score. I normally don't trade in vehicles that need to be paid off since I usually pay them off myself but this time we just needed to get a vehicle with better gas mileage. Overall I'm happy with new car but definitely skip out on the extended warranty since it's just 6k more money for the owner. Finance guy told me owner owns the extended warranty company.

We have bad days when we have car issues, so it's nice to meet a nice person working there. If the service department do answer their phone, this rating would have gone up.

Quick in and out 1.5 hours from test drive to trade, signing of papers. Steve in finance makes dreams come true! Jason is TOP NOTCH, listens, has everything lined up and ready and very respectful. I will always use this dealership and these two from here to eternity! Thank you gentleman and Wallace Volvo in Stuart, Florida!!!
