  Rendol took great care of me, and even went out of his way to save me some money! He is great at customer service and support, and is a real pleasure to deal with, he also is very knowledgeable about the products and services Kingdom service Center does. I would definitely bring my business here because of Rendol.

  Rendol = ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After a tough weekend of hopping from oil shop to oil shop, I felt completely defeated—so much so that I almost gave up on getting my oil change done altogether. As I was walking out to my car, Rendol stopped me, introduced himself, and genuinely asked what service I needed. He exchanged numbers with me and said, “Go home, relax, and I’ll text you when it’s your turn.” That small act of kindness made a huge difference. I did exactly that, and when I came back, everything was smooth, easy, and stress-free. I finally had a moment to recalibrate, and the service experience was excellent. I truly can’t thank Rendol enough. Because of him, I’ve found a new place I trust to service my car. Thank you, Tire Kingdom in Stuart, for hiring such a great guy who delivers outstanding customer service. If you want it shorter, more emotional, or more professional, I can tweak it to fit Google or Yelp perfectly.

  DO NOT take your vehicle to this place!!!!! I shpuld have learned my lesson last tile I was there to get a tire patch when the person behind the counter was complaining about about bacd the mechanics were. But I was in a pinch ti get my wifes tire patched early in the morning. I called this morning thinking I was talking to someone at the store but in fact was some answering service. I was Quoted out the door for $819. When I got to the store ti drop my wifes car off i was then told it was $909 out the door. 2 hours later I went to pick the vehicle up and now was told the total was $924.00, and tried to blame it on taxes. Really….. The tax on $909 would have been almost $60. Apparently this store has a big problem with simple math and being up front with there customers. Needless to say I will never return to this location again and If I were you I’d think twice about having any work done to your car there. I dont have a problem paying whatever the amount is but it’s important to let the customer know up front what the total is. How this store is still open is beyond me. Good luck to the future customers who dare to go there.

I brought in a customer’s vehicle, and he handled the entire process efficiently—processing the invoice, making all necessary calls to corporate, and ensuring everything was taken care of in a timely manner.   A shout out to this Tire Kingdom and co-manager, Michael. I took my Honda in for a tire rotation and oil change. The mechanic working on my vehicle discovered a small problem, reported it to Michael, showed me the issue and they took care of it (which took over a half hour of labor) and did not charge me for it. Another reason I take my vehicle to this location, 5200 SE Federal Highway, Stuart, then taking to a closer location.
