  If you want great customer service and honest pricing, come here! Stephanie transferred over and I followed because she’s always been a pleasure to deal with and I believe she always goes above and beyond whenever she can. I’m very pleased as well with the wait time here. They don’t keep your car all day you’re in and out in an hour or less depending on the service. This is a very professional store.

  When another place did extreme damage to my car, these guys helped me out and fixed me up. Not many places want to take on another “mechanics” disaster, but they looked out and gave great advice. Thank you so much

  Today was my first time driving after having surgery almost a month ago. I was greeted with a low tire pressure warning when I started the car. That added even more anxiety than I was already feeling. However, Rendol, at Tire Kingdom, put me at ease and a smile on my face with his friendly demeanor while filling the air in my tires. Overall, a pleasant experience thanks to Rendol!

  Before the year ends, I wanted to get a review in for one of your employees. Adaien (Mgr.?) was working when I came in. I was looking for a specific Pirelli all-terrain tire for my Silverado 1500. Your website said that it was located at the Stuart, FL location. When I went in he said he did not have it and I was looking for it for a specific reason. So I started to walk out the door and he called my name and said 'why are you looking for that particular tire?' I told him that I want an all-terrain tire that was proven to be very good on wet roads and sand, in particular. Both of those are very common here in florida. And he said I think I have one that is as good and a lot cheaper. He took me back into the storage room and showed me the Cooper Discoverer Road and Trail. I decided to go home and do some research and to my surprise was very well reviewed for what I was looking for. I went back and I gave him the business. The tires drive great, and they look great. I watched a video with a Pirelli engineer and they said that men give tires no more than a 10-second look to decide if they're going to look good on their truck. I think Cooper Tire watched that video because they did a fantastic job with this tire. A complete upgrade. The reason that he got the business was because he asked, 'Why?' Simon Sinek wrote a book about this. He uncovered the need, identified a solution, and presented it to me without pressure so that I could do my own homework. I really appreciated that and would highly recommend not only Adaien, to assist, but also those tires.

  Friendly greeting by Micheal who immediately suggested we take a look at the condition of my tires outside. Assessed all 4 but recommended I replace 2 of them. I opted for the lesser-priced tires and feel like they were reasonably priced. It was suggested I replace the shocks to prevent wearing of back tires, but I opted not to without a hard sell. The mechanics were knowledgeable as well, and must have filled existing tires with air so the check light stopped!
