    I had a tire changed on my 2023 Tesla 9 months ago. They broke my broke my tire pressure monitoring system sensor on the tire they replaced but my Tesla said it would likely reset. It did not reset and Tesla said they most likely broke it with the tire machine. Needless to say, 9,000 miles later the tire pressure went low and I didn’t know it because my TPMS was not reading pressure. The tire was destroyed. I asked them to replace both tires on the rear and asked they check the tire sensor and call me with what they find. The next call I received said my car was done. When I went to pick it up $700 laterthey said they don’t have the equipment to read the sensor and they said I would have to take my car to Tesla. The Tesla Bluetooth TPMS sensors cost about $30 and are easily replaced when a tire is changed. They self learn and don’t have to be programmed. Now I have to take my car to another tire shop to have the tire taken off and a sensor installed. Now I have to pay for the tire to be reinstalled and balanced. I have bought tires from Tire Kingdom much of my life but I will not take it back to the Stuart or any other Tire Kingdom-Mavis location. I do not recommend the Stuart Tire Kingdom.

    Friends of mine were charged twice for mounting and balancing. First time she had it done and drove on 95 and the car was shaking. Brought it back and was charged again to fix their mistake🤦🏼‍♀️. I told them to go to Total Tire from now on. I would never recommend this place. They take advantage of women😡

    The team at Mavis Tire Kingdom went above and beyond to take care of me when replacing my breaks and rotors. Steph and Sal helped me find a solution that would work the same day. They provided full transparency on what I needed (and more importantly, what I didn’t need) and I am leaving with a safe vehicle for myself and my son without any added drama, forced upsells, or runaround. This shop is one you can TRUST to treat you right and get you back on the road with ease.

    The store manager and assistant manger were incredibly rude, sarcastic, dismissive, and handled the situation in a way that made an already bad experience significantly worse. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Tire Kingdom. I brought in a meticulously maintained rim to have a tire removed and a new one installed. Prior to my visit, I took a detailed video clearly showing the rim was in perfect condition with no scratches or damage. After the installation, my rim was returned with noticeable scratches and gouges that were absolutely not there before. When I raised the issue, the situation became even more frustrating. The store manager initially tried to claim the damage was already present when I brought the rim in. Only after I informed him that I had taken a video beforehand did that explanation change. Rather than addressing the damage appropriately, I was told that scratches and gouges are “unavoidable” when replacing tires — which is completely unacceptable for a shop that specializes in tire service. The interaction then escalated further. Even though the new tire was already installed, they wanted to remove it and put my old tire back on, seemingly because I was “giving them a hard time” about the damage. I clearly told the manager I did not want them touching the rim again. Despite this, he wheeled the rim back onto the shop floor as I reached for the wheel he rolled it away and told me I was not allowed to step onto the shop floor to retrieve my own wheel. While rolling it the rim fell over, adding even more concern about how my property was being handled. Then tried to blame me for knocking it over. This entire experience showed a lack of care, professionalism, and accountability. I expected proper handling and respectful customer service, but received the opposite. I strongly encourage others to document their wheels before service and think carefully before trusting this location with your rims. This happened a few hours ago and remains unresolved.

    Two stars for several reasons, but let me start off by saying Stef deserves 10 stars for her patience with these guys, and great customer service. I had called ahead about getting my t I re patched, Stef answered and said no problem, come on in! At my arrival I saw who I could only assume to be Stef outside checking in another vehicle, so I went inside anyway-its a corporate store I'm sure they don't have this girl working by herself..?..- I stood there a few minutes before she made her way back inside and asked if I'd been helped yet, and I told her no. Here is what really grinds my gears, the whole time I was there, from beginning to end, there was a man talking on his phone, being not only loud, but speaking extremely rude and inappropriate things, I would go so far as to say verbally abusive, to whomever he was speaking to, making threats, is this who you want sitting at the front of your store? Kudos to Stefanie for being able to tune that crap out and focus on your customers, your integrity is what keeps people coming back 😀
