    I had a Tire Pressure sensor replaced with four new tires at another Tire Choice Center. After a month the TSPM light came on and I took it to them and they quickly got to me and reset it. Very nice mechanic. After a couple weeks it came on again. I set an appointment today and drove 20 minutes there at 8:30 and no one was there. I called them again and the answer service called and she said the manager did not answer. Google said they open at 7:30. I will try again tomorrow for 9:00 appointment. Grrrrrr!

    Spoke to somebody on the phone asked for a specific tire they said they had to order it great told me the price great price then I came in for the service and I don't know if it was the gentleman that ordered the tires or if it was the staff at the place but felt like a bait and switch was done on me I was only supposed to have two tires done they did four and tried to charge me now the reason I gave him three stars is because they did make it right and took off $200.

    Daren was absolutely amazing! He made the whole experience so nice and pleasant from start to finish. He even gave us water and really hooked us up. You can tell he genuinely cares about the people he’s helping. Thank you, Daren! Daren runs a very well oiled machine!! Pun intended!

    The service was very precise and professional. Also, the help with the front desk assistant was delightful. All of my questions were answered and more. Also the affordable prices they have in comparison to other companies was crazy!

    The worst experience ever - this is the second time the Manager Brianna, does not order a part in time. Today's excuse, even after waiting an hour and half and calling to confirmed it would be ok to arrive at 5:00pm instead of 4:30pm did not make a difference. Even after my car has been service 6 times at the same location and having a record it did not matter. Parts were not ordered and still had to wait - my sincere apologies, but this is not OK and if the manager and upper manager thinks is ok than I must say WOW. Very unfortunate, the last manager was great and did a great job, DO NOT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED
