  Make sure to mark your tires before taking to this place for a rotation. They said they rotated mine and had not. I had marked them before leaving home. They also said they had fixed a leak in one that I had ask them to look at. Next morning the tire was flat.

  Tire Choice Auto is always customer centric. They go out of their way to help. Three times I have used them and three times the same. It’s the people. Great company.

  Breann and Larry both did a great job! Breann was able to beat the competitions price on the front tires and match the lower price I found on the back tires. Great/fast service, very professional, clean store/waiting room, and looking forward to my next tire purchase. I would highly recommend this location.

  I dealt with Larry at the front desk he was very knowledgeable and polite! I had four tires installed I was in and out within an hour.Very happy and will be coming back.

  So here we are again. Almost a month later. Still waiting for a call from Regional Management at Monro Family Companies. Sat on hold for 2 hours today to be disconnected from whatever country the phone rings to. This isn’t rocket science, just customer service right Management at this store continues to change. I have been going here for almost 20 years with 3-4 vehicles and lately the follow up by staff or completing work as promised is an issue. I dropped my son’s truck off at 9am for repairs to defective front springs installed by tires choice the week before. The entire repair to the truck was over $2,000 with all of the other suspension work which I am finding was probably $300-$400 more than competitors I’ve called . I did give them flexibility to have the truck all day if needed but said 3-4pm is ideal. At 3pm, I called to follow up and found out they hadn’t even looked at it due to some other vehicle that came in with problems. Where was the follow up? They close at 6pm and stated please get it done by 6. At 5:30, I drove to the store and our truck was still sitting in the same spot I parked it in. Grabbed keys and left. Spent 2 hours on the phone being transferred or disconnected to try and talk to “customer service” at Monro Family Companies. Like most big companies, they are not in the United States, and almost impossible to understand. Through that arduous process, they scheduled my truck to get repaired. This is not the first or second time, I’ve had follow up issues. My fleet vehicle was dropped off in the morning for oil change and tire rotation prior to this event. Called 4-5 hours later to find out they hadn’t even touched it because the mechanic called out sick. Great follow up. I am still patiently waiting for a call from a regional manager which I requested on my overseas phone call with customer service to understand why loyal clients like myself get such wonderful service. I cover 4 counties in outside sales and would be fired if I treated clients this way.
