The service representative Matthew was very courteous and helpful in my visit. Not only did I received a quality installation but during my free inspection he explained a strut failure they observed and the “cupping” that was occurring on my back tires as a result of this issue. He offered a repair and price option no pressure and the tech that performed my install did a proper install inspecting everything besides changing the tires. I know because you can watch what they are doing through the windows in their clean and comfortable waiting area. Very pleased with my install and it’s always good to get courteous treatment from professionals. Thanks for your SERVICE!!

The staff is helpful, friendly, professional, and highly qualified. Every time I go there, they have gone out of their way to give me the best service at a good price, in the least amount of time. - MWmichelle wallaceOct 21, 20255.0I had a great experience at this Goodyear. I can't say enough good things about the manager, Barbie! I took my car to the Infiniti shop to have my oil changed & tires checked, because they were making noise. When I got my car back, I was told my car passed the alignment inspection & tires were fine, so they just rotated them. Well my car became even louder so I took it to Goodyear & I was lucky enough to have Barbie's experience and help. It ended up, I did need one new tire & it was under warranty so I ended up getting 4 ,so they would have the same wear on them. I also needed a knew caliper, along with some other items. She was very good about texting me to keep me updated and even sending me pictures and videos of what they found wrong. I did call Infiniti once I found all of this out & was told that my car DID NOT pass the alignment inspection & they weren't sure why I was told that it did and the person I dealt with, they told me he was let go the next week. Needless to say I will not be going back to Infiniti and I just found a new place to take my car. I love this Goodyear and Barbie was awesome and trustworthy to work with!!
