In my most recent rental this week, Dominic was top notch with customer service. He was pleasant, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure that I was in a vehicle that met my work needs and comfortability. In addition to Dominic, Alan, Carter, and another tall gentleman with glasses (Sorry, I don’t know his name) are phenomenal employees; each and everyone providing a superb rental experience. They make my car rental experience smooth, hassle free and they do it all with a smile. I recommend this location to friends, family, and co-workers for their car rental needs!

Needless to say, it delayed our trip by a day and we had to be somewhere at a specific time. We did not get anywhere with customer service, called five times. Left us hanging. No call back, nothing!!! We had to go to another rental company and pay double because it was last minute. Unforgivable how we were treated ! DO NOT RENT HERE!!!
