  So I've been asked to respond to my experience with Enterprise there's good and there's bad The bad is each and every time that I went to the location on Bayshore every time which have spent about maybe four or five times The service has been very very bad Long wait no cars this is even with reservations and when I say reservation I don't mean within 24 hours sometimes weeks my last time I went I went into a car way ahead of time and the only reason why I went there it's it's closer to where I live I knew it was a bad idea it was the worst experience I had there or even with Enterprise since then I haven't been back there but the most that I do I will drop a car off there because I know that's all I have to do is drop it off now as far as the goods I can't say enough for the guys in the store location all of them Miss Kathy answer the phones she's great I read a post about a young lady saying about her experience saying it was the worst I'm thinking it was Bayshore never heard anyone complain about the Stewart location thank you for giving me the time

  Picked me up, under 10min in the office the car was outside and running. I’m also guessing that the lots far from major airports have better rates because this was about 1/3 the price I was expecting.

  A large old man from there weaved his way across rush hour traffic on Monterey instead of using the crosswalk. When I said youre going to cause an accident, he said "what's your problem" I explained he was going to get killed or cause an accident. He told me "you worry about you, ill worry about me" I replied just trying to keep you safe, no need to be a dick....he informed me that I was a pro. Real classy in uniform. When theres an accident vs pedestrian there we will know why. Crosswalk 30 feet away but this dude wants to play frogger and risk his life and everyone else's driving. Do better with your employees enterprise.

  It was easy to do everything online but the people I encountered were friendly and helpful in all things. Checking in online shortened the time immensely.
