Half way on my trip to GA the tire light came on. I said to myself maybe because the temperature dropped from FL to GA but I’m going to pull over and put air in the tire. Long story short the air pressure light came back on by the morning. I had to pull over four times and drive slow because all I wanted to do is make it home safe with my kids. ( Getting on and off 95 at night isn’t a safe feeling with your daughters in the car these days). A 6hr drive turn into 10hr…😒 Don’t just clean the cars between customers check and service the cars as well. Talked to a staff member about the service and all I got was a ok. (These are the things that we don’t think about when renting cars. We just put our trust in these companies..) Be safe

They went above and beyond for me — patient, professional, and genuinely kind. Even while taking care of multiple customers, they kept everything running smoothly and made sure everyone was helped quickly without feeling rushed. You can really tell they care about their work and the people they assist. The rest of the staff here is just as friendly and helpful. Exceptional service all around. Highly recommend this branch!
