The staff were rude, and at first, they said they would help. After some confusion, one employee denied ever agreeing to help, even though another staff member said they would. I was also told they didn’t want to deal with paperwork. Later, I overheard that they were actually required to do basic maintenance like this, so the whole situation was very confusing and frustrating. I was really dissatisfied with the lack of consistency and the overall unprofessionalism.

Took the time to help me pull a roofing nail from my tire, and patch the tire. Then he even got an air compressor and made sure my tires were full before I left. Hats off to you man. AutoZone is lucky to have a dedicated employee like yourself. Customer for life as long as Logan is there.

I was very nervous about that. I had never seen that before. The first place we came to was the auto zone. Kurt K. was very helpful. His calm and friendly demeanor made me feel so much safer. He help us find how to open the hood and double checked to make sure that we had enough but not too much oil. Thank you Kurt K. You saved our day!!!
