  Had the absolute best experience getting my car serviced here. I was greeted immediately when I pulled up with a smile and friendly greeting. They listened to my concerns on what I needed, then proceeded to jump into action getting everything taken care of. I was in and out within 45 minutes getting my oil changed, tires balanced and everything else checked up on. Judith was the absolute best!! She not only treated me like a long time friend, she made sure to keep me updated on all of the progress being done as it happened. I recommend this place to anyone that’s had poor experiences elsewhere, like myself. I will be back for all services moving forward.

  Josh was excellent! Great customer service.Josh answered all my questions about my oil change. He went above and beyond to change my exterior brake rear light. Would recommend Josh and this company for all your oil change needs!!! Will definitely come back again!!!!

  I don’t believe I have ever had a more rewarding and enjoyable experience in customer care and service!!! Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful to the max!! I will not take my vehicle anywhere else going forward. The prices are reasonable and the value for the dollar is above normal. But what made experience exceptional was the personnel. Ms Judith is a gem and any shop would be lucky to have her. I had a multi-front reason for my visit and they addressed every item. That kind of team work doesn’t happen everywhere. Trust was built today and that’s high praise coming from me!

  We were extremely happy with everything from start to finish. We loved the atmosphere and how everyone seemed to love working there. Its like a family atmosphere. They are kind and honest. We will definitely be returning and telling everyone else. Great addition to Starke!

  I am a snow bird and new to the area. I am blessed to have found Express Oil in Starke. The customer service and quality of work was excellent. Five Stars! I was greeted by a technician upon arrival. He immediately took my vehicle for a test drive and within minutes I received an assessment and an appraisal. Thank you Cecil and Express Oil team. I will definitely return and I will highly recommend to friends and fellow travelers.
