Was there less than five minutes to pick up vehicle and drop off vehicle. The vehicle itself wasn’t my preferred choice but it was clean and mechanically safe.
- LTLindsey TempletonOct 28, 20251.0Apparently enterprise’s Standard is if you are currently in a rental of theirs and you’re having issues and you stop at another enterprise to try to get help they can’t do anything to help you. They can’t put you in another rental car if they have a reservation on said rental car that is more important than the person that’s already in a rental being in a safe vehicle. I will definitely be renting from other car rental companies in the future. This is not reflected on the Starke Fl branch they were amazing and trying to help while we were stuck in GA with an Enterprise Rental having electrical issues. The only help we got was from the amazing employee’s at the starke Fl Branch.
