  My sales person was awesome! She communicated very well and even arranged to have my new Yukon delivered to me. Because of the distance I was from the dealer, they did everything online and it was so easy. I 10/10 recommend and when you call, ask for Tammy.

  Justin was great! The service department was busy on Saturday and there was a bit of a wait for check in but Justin quickly acknowledged me and directed my to the lounge while he finished with his previous client. He was friendly and helpful and his communication was timely.

  Dear Crown Buick GMC Team, I wanted to take a moment to share my experience regarding my recent vehicle purchase. From the very beginning, the purchasing process was seamless. Jeff, my sales representative, was professional, informative, and attentive throughout the entire experience. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the process smooth and enjoyable. It was truly a pleasure working with him. Although I did encounter an issue with my initial purchase on March 28, 2026, where the auto stop system was not functioning properly, I was extremely impressed with how the situation was handled. Jeff, along with Mark, the General Manager, made the exchange process completely seamless and stress-free. I sincerely appreciate the level of customer service, professionalism, and care that both Jeff and Mark demonstrated. Their commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction did not go unnoticed.   What a great experience I had again at Crown Buick GMC, in St Petersburg! I bought a newer/used Sportage, my second one! It has all the bells and whistles, quite a step up for me. This is my third purchase from them, & I won't go anywhere else! Such great people work there, Boris Cehic, was great to work with. He worked out a great deal & gave me great value for my trade in. Cole Connor was great in helping me understand the paperwork & getting thru it. All in all I think I spent the shortest time (at a dealership) there ever! From the test drive, to bringing my newer car home. Thank you all so much!! I will see you again, if I purchase another!

  Claire Simpson was extremely nice, helpful, and made the process easy. She created a friendly environment, fully acknowledged my concerns, and worked with me to find the truck I was seeking. The entire staff at Crown GMC/Buick were friendly, helpful, and sincere. All worked as a team to assist the me and ensure they reached the best possible result. When it's time to trade out my wife's vehicle, I will definitely be going here.
