  Huge shoutout to Daniel at Mavis. I was dealing with a specific issue with my Tires and he took the time to explain the options without any high-pressure sales tactics. He was knowledgeable, honest, and made sure the job was done right the first time. The customer service here is top-notch because of staff like him. I’ll definitely be coming back here for future maintenance. Thanks for the help, Daniel!

  I brought a flat tire into the St. Johns location. I couldn't see a hole or any damage to the tire itself, however, the manager quickly spotted a broken valve stem. He had it fixed in no time at all, and didn't charge me for the repair. I'll be going back there for all my vehicle needs!

  This auto shop is the best! The team is efficient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. They fixed my tire and had me back on the road in just 15 minutes. I highly recommend Mavis for all your auto needs. Daniel Brown, the manager, was excellent—he kept me informed throughout the process. I’ll definitely be returning to the Mavis on Longleaf Pine Pkwy for my next oil change!

  Mavis Tires & Breaks is the place to go for GREAT service, professionalism, exceptional customer service, and good 'ole know-how. I had a tire blow out on Easter Sunday, had no wheel lock in my vehicle; called Mavis on 4/6/2026 a.m. and spoke to Andrew about whether Mavis Tires had the ability to remove my blown-out tire without my having a wheel lock key and got a "yes". No other local tire place I called could accommodate my need. Called Daniel in the afternoon, he made the work happen (removed bad tire and replaced with my spare) within an hour or so of my vehicle's being towed in. I am back home in my vehicle. Thank you sooo much Andrew, Daniel and the whole team at Mavis Tires and Brakes on Longleaf Pine Parkway! You're the best. Glad to have your company so close to home, too. Best to you, the Parkers

  Came in without an appointment since I found a screw in my tire and it was losing air. They checked it out before they even opened and were able to fix it quickly first thing when the tech arrived. I appreciate the fast and friendly service!
